SIMPLE ASSEMBLY

Assemble Adjustment Bracket

First, remove the thumbscrews and end caps from the center brace and insert the brace into the adjustment bracket. Then, insert the end caps into the crossbars, slide them into the center brace, and reinsert the thumbscrews.

Install Keyboard Tray

Next, attach the support plate to the center pole using the provided hardware. Then, mount the keyboard tray to the support plate and tighten in place. You’re almost there!

Attach Padding

Remove the adhesive backing from the wrist pads and place them on the front edge of the keyboard tray. This will help support your wrists and provide a safety lip for your laptop.

Secure to Handlebars

Lastly, insert the center pole into the adjustment bracket, loosen the thumbscrews on the center brace, and adjust the crossbars to fit your treadmill. Tightly fasten the mount to the treadmill’s handlebars and adjust to desired height.
